Easy Friday

The week is almost done so is the month of June. June has been a cold and rainy month in Nairobi, Kenya. But at least floods reduced compared to the previous month. Basically, it has been a good month.

So yesterday I remembered something that made me really laugh some few months ago. It was a chilly evening and traffic was heavy. Rainfall and traffic seem to have a very close relationship. As I was waiting for the bus, a very elegant car passed.

The driver was a very “big” guy and he seem to be enjoying himself. His car was too elegant to ignore. I think he saw how I was admiring his car. Unexpectedly, he went ahead to offer me a ride. I politely declined.
We are never to enter stranger’s vehicles, remember? He just smiled and with humor asked , “‘Is it because am “big” ?”. I could not help but laugh. He was funny indeed.
So does your personality match your physical appearance. Being an easy Friday lets see what are some of the amazing and funny things our body physique say.
They are some people who are too “tiny” and adorable. They mostly get a yes since the are too cute to be resisted. They look fragile and nice to be with. If they are naturally joyful, they become more adorable.
Mostly these “tiny” are easy to go along with. Easy to make friends. And easy to hang out. But don’t be blinded, this doesn’t apply to all of them. Some are totally opposite of all these. Be careful out there.
Then they are the “big” ones, the terrifying ones. The ones you avoid eye contact with. They are hard to crack jokes with and wear serious faces. They may be soft in the inside but not very obvious. We mostly assume that they are angry and not people oriented. Remember this is just an assumption we sometimes have on people with big physical features.
Same case like in the tiny ones, they may be totally different from how I have described them. I know of a few “big” people who are very adorable. They are very friendly and people oriented.
That’s why it is important to not judge a book by its cover. And yes its a Furahi day (Translates to A happy day). You see what I did there.
Its a day to do what makes you happy. A day to loosen up and off load all the baggage of the week. Meet up with our friends and have a good time.
Its also a day to reflect on what we managed to accomplished. What we failed to. Mistakes we may have committed. Update what needs to be updated and close on all activities of the week.
