I see your true colors

I see your true colors

Very few people show their true colors nowadays. While most of us are comfortable with the fifty shades.

Allowing you to see what you want to see or what we think you want to see.

But the masks have to be removed once in a while. When we are alone and it hits us hard.

Some go to an extend of completely doing away with their true self.

But there’s a reason behind everything, so never judge them.

Goodness and badness can be ”judged” from the look on their face.
But don’t be fooled, never judge a book by its cover.
Smiles don’t always means happiness, they cover what’s going on inside sometimes.
By simply smiling, you escape any uncomfortable situation to explain to them about what is really happening inside.
They say, the most beautiful smiles hide the eyes that have cried the most.

Some pretend to have it all, just to push you down.

While others pretend to be your friend, just to get the vulnerability side of you. Then use it against you.

Some use their power to belittle you, while others become their friends to edge you out.

Sad this is, they will always give you that fake smile and laugh at you once you leave the room.

They take you for a fool.

No one deserves to know you in and out, you need privacy.
But this does not mean that you wear a mask,
You simply be you and, respect & cherish your privacy.
Don’t conform for anyone, always stay true to yourself.
It feels great to enjoy your true colors.
