Are you happy or unhappy?
Are you living a happy life?
How do you feel every morning you wake up to a new day?
Do you hold anything above your happiness?
Do you allow desires and expectations limit your happiness?
Is they anything limiting you from being happy?
What makes you happy?
What are the activities that makes you feel like you have touched the sky?
How often do you engage in these activities?
Is you happiness from within or outside forces?
Do people or things make you happy or do you do it yourself?
Are you happy with yourself?
Do you brighten other people’s day or make it gloomy?
Do you bring smile on others or heavy hearts?
How often do you cause happiness to others?
Do you look for happiness?
Do you worry about the future and the past?
Or do you appreciate the present?
Do you work hard for happiness or does it just happen?
In your case, is it a hustle to be happy?
How easy or difficult is it for you to be happy?
Do you appreciate small moments or you only eye the big achievements?
Between progress and achievement, what would make you happy?
Would you quantify happiness, or happiness is just happiness to you?
Have you built a wall around yourself?
Do you allow others to make you happy?
How do you show gratitude to those who make you happy?
Do you think you mean anything to anyone or anything?
How does it make you feel?
Does it bring fulfilment and joy into your life?

Amazing writing! I think is something that is actually really important and people need to actually ask their selves these questions and think about them because they might make a difference for them. To help them realize why they aren’t happy and how to fix that or that they really shouldn’t feel sad about something g because they are making a difference in other peoples lives.
Good job.☺

Very true, the questions helps to know if we are truly happy and how to fix our unhappiness 🙂
