Continuation of she thought he thought.…
He finally got the courage to tell her of his feelings…
They had just embarked from an expedition in the northern wilderness, camping and hiking.
He bought themselves tickets to a movie and arranged for a special dinner afterwards.
The movie was awesome and dinner started off sweetly.
She still thought that her friend was just being nice to her as usual but this didn’t last long.
Things were getting more weird and extremely close than they are used to. She asked him about it.
The guy gathered all his confidence and looked into her eyes.
After a short weird pause , he started laying down his lines.
He opened up his heart to him and made his intention known to her.
This was followed by a very long long most weird silence ever.
He begged her to say something.
She finally opened her mouth but nothing came out, she was wordless.
He waited patiently, there was no way he was going to hurry up things.
It was a moment he has been waiting for so long and here it was.
Words finally got their way back to her but not what he was expecting.
Her first words were, “I Feel Nothing”.
This was accompanied by shedding of tears as she went on to explain what she really meant as the guy looked at him wordless.
She made it clear that she admired him and would like such a thing to happen between them but she would be lying if she agreed to it.
Her heart was not ready for any romance love activity at the moment, she explained.
She felt that it was in a million pieces that she is currently trying to bring them together.
She needs time but the same time she didn’t want him waste time waiting on her as she didn’t know how much time she needed to heal.
She tried to make him understand her decision but he seemed to have got it badly, he seemed hit bad by her response.
He tried to make her understand that they would make it work together and heal all the wounds like they did as friends.
She declined, she was tired of making things happened and wanted them to just happen.
She was not ready to open up her wounded heart or allow anyone into it.
The rest of the dinner was occupied by all kind of weirdness as each of them fought with their own thoughts.
On their way home, he decided to risk one more time and ask one more question, “Are we still friends?”
