The planet is suffocated with crazy stuff that have a way of getting into our lives from time to time.
We all have adopted ways of dealing with them but are they working or effective?
How many plans do you have while tackling such issues since we are always advised to have a plan b, c and z?
Let me start with the shy kid,
You will rarely know when they are hurting,
They know how to hide it,
But hell breaks loose when they can no longer fight it so they mostly end up giving in.
Am sure if someone was able to notice their pain early enough , they could have offered a helping hand.
They will always be signs if you are keen.
Being a shy type I know how we get overwhelmed very easily,
Being alone may offer some consolation and charging up but not all the times,
Somethings just need to bust out and not suppressed instead,
You feel like screaming, go into the fields and scream it out honey,
You wanna punch something, punching bags are there just for that,
Writing does help to get it out too, write everything you feel and think without thinking if they make sense or not,
The words with carry the pain with them leaving you feel better.
The bold type don’t feel intimated to let them see your weak side,
Every human is fragile in one way or another,
No matter how tough you are , you will need someone’s shoulder if not an ear,
Problem shared is half shared, have that inner circle of people you trust and can be for each other,
Problems are just tides that will pass eventually.
The most important thing to always remember is that YOU are very important to the society,
We do need you and you may sometimes see as if no one cares but they do,
Just reach out and get help, it’s not a weakness.
We are social beings hence entangled to each other, we will always need someone,
No man is an island, it was said for a reason.
Life is precious, full of both good and bad surprises,
The ups and downs help build our muscles,
Lets appreciate all the challenges,
It may seem impossible but it get easy with time,
You just need to keep pushing on.
We all love you and wouldn’t imagine living this world without you,
If you see as if you can no longer fight for yourself anymore, then do fight it for us,
We may never be able to understand what’s really going through your mind,
If its okay with you, you can share with us or even better see a therapist,
Just find a way of letting it out , it will release the pain.
Life is precious yet hard a time, but we are strong to live it to the fullest.
